They agreed and arrived at appointed time to advise on suitable Solar options. Explained what location on the roof would best suit Solar production and options/ types of solar Panels & Inverter systems. Addressed my concerns re water ingress and explained they provided minimum tile roof penetrations and flashings. Quotation provided two options including preferred Q Cell 6.48Kw Solaredge power Optimiser System. His team arrived on date agreed and were professional and courteous. They clearly all knew the process and the functions they had to perform. They completed the installation in a day and removed all packaging site material and replaced a couple of tiles. They explained operation of Inverter system. The provided an optional quotation for system and Individual Panel monitoring which I accepted. They organised change of meter with Energy provided which occurred within 14 days and provided manual and post install Follow up. An efficient and professional operator.

I had a lot of questions about options and the team at Impressive Electrical took the time to send me about 8 quotes before I pulled the trigger on one of them. And even after I changed my mind, were flexible enough to pivot mid-install. The crew were friendly and fast, they rearranged some problem roof tiles to least expose the house, and were patient with our wifi issues when trying to set up our smart meter. Organisational wise, all I had to do was tick a box to claim the rebate and get smart meter sign in details. The team did everything else regarding paperwork. Made it super easy for me.
